Why do you feel that getting rid of the passive voice is important? I'd have thought it was actually quite appropriate for an encyclopedia article. Also, your edit did rather more than that, since it actually removed some chunks of text (unless the software is lying to me) rather than rewording them. Could you use more informative edit summaries in future? Thanks. Skittle 15:07, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
Do not forget the motorcycle gangs which wear the same vests, but with their friendship patches and a big club-patch on the back. The vest show in this case often the nickname/gangname of the bearer. It is forbidden to wash the vest. If one loose the vest it is the same as loosing respect of the gang. (wrote: ex-gang member of a german mc club)
