Kuru, Nigeria

There is also a Kuru in Plateau State and a Kuru in Nasarawa State.

Kuru is a town in Kano State, Nigeria. It has an estimated population of 4,331,^[1] and sits along a Nigerian Railway Corporation rail line connecting Port Harcourt, Enugu, Kafanchan, Kuru, Bauchi, and finally Maiduguri.^[2]

Kuru is the railway junction for the branch railway to Jos.
