Barry Ence to Barrie Bowman Ence
Bradshaw was 89 upon his death
He was not a Naval engineer, he was in the Army Corp of Engineers.
This family owned the Ranch in the 1970's not 1860's

Followup

Three of the details were from the Deseret Morning News article, which seems to have the wrong age for Bradshaw Bowman at the time of his death, misspelled his daughter's name, and may also have been wrong about when his family owned the property which was quarried for sandstone for the structure. (I did find "Barrie Bowman Ence" listed by the Alumni Association of Carmel High School as a member of its class of 1969.) The other (navy/army) was in the Yelp review.
