[edit] Anti-Cult Movement
Hi, please provide a source that Ted Patrick is deceased. --Tilman 05:29, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you. Sorry for delay, due to Wikipedia being locked during an update. My mistake (fixed)--a case of writing one thing, while thinking of another (West, Singer, Hadden). Do you think it's worth marking key figures of all sides as deceased (if that is the case)?--Kibbitzer 06:42, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
- Honestly, I have no opinion. I have been writing to you just because I thought that maybe Ted Patrick is indeed deceased, and you had some sort of info. He has faded into obscurity. --Tilman 16:39, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

- I am actively checking and will let you know one way or another. Re: those deceased since an article was last updated: Perhaps in such a case we could designate the person deceased and adjust the tense accordingly. E.g., "Jeffrey Hadden is..." to "Jeffrey Hadden (deceased) was..." --Kibbitzer 18:22, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

- Google shows that he was active in local San Diego politics as of 2004. No further info.--Kibbitzer 05:02, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Cult suicide
Nicely done.[1]. Cheers, -Will Beback 07:53, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you, Will. A very sad outcome for all parties. It is my desire (and I'm sure a shared desire of many) that Wikipedia can provide the helpful exchange and compilation of information that will avert any future Wacos.--Kibbitzer 02:27, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
