Tag & Assess 2007 is now officially over, with slightly under 68,000 articles processed. The top twenty scores are as follows:
Although the drive is officially closed, existing participants can continue tagging until January 31 if they wish, with the extra tags counting towards their tally for barnstar purposes. We'd like to see what lessons can be learned from this drive, so we've set up a feedback workshop. Comments and feedback from participants and non-participants alike are very welcome and appreciated. |

[edit] {{NorthAm-native-bio-stub}}
Hi - a stub template or category which you created has been nominated for deletion or renaming at Wikipedia:Stub types for deletion. The stub type, which was not proposed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Proposals, does not meet the standard requirements for a stub type, either through being incorrectly named, ambiguously scoped, or through failure to meet standards relating to the current stub hierarchy or likely size, as explained at Wikipedia:Stub. Please feel free to make any comments at WP:SFD regarding this stub type, and in future, please consider proposing new stub types first! Grutness...wha? 09:17, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Population history of American indigenous peoples GA Sweeps Review: On Hold
As part of the WikiProject Good Articles, we're doing sweeps to go over all of the current GAs and see if they still meet the GA criteria and I'm specifically going over all of the "World History-Americas" articles. I have reviewed Population history of American indigenous peoples and believe the article currently meets the majority of the criteria and should remain listed as a Good article. In reviewing the article, I have found there are some issues that may need to be addressed, and I'll leave the article on hold for seven days for them to be fixed. I have left this message on your talk page since you have significantly edited the article (based on using this article history tool). Please consider helping address the several points that I listed on the talk page of the article, which shouldn't take too long to fix with the assistance of multiple editors. I have also left messages on the talk pages for other editors and a related WikiProject to spread the workload around some. If you have any questions, let me know on my talk page and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. --Nehrams2020 (talk) 08:27, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] James John Floyd
He is the namesake for the county according to the State of Indiana Library, the source should be already on the article. It had been a long debate over on the Talk:Davis Floyd page between me and another main contributor of that article, it initially drew my interest when had list him as the name sake and then I started finding references for them both. We agreed that the namesake came from this immediate Floyd family and it's debated between John and Davis Floyd. So the inclusion of them both is listed until we can get something factual that occourred from the date of formation and naming of the county. Until then both names should be included with James John being the most likely due to his recognition from the State. The other editor I've talked to has petitioned a source from the State Library of the namesake and is awaiting a reply. -Jahnx (talk) 08:38, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Source for Image:Death of Tecumseh.JPG
An editor has requested a source for Image:Death of Tecumseh.JPG at the FA nom of Richard Mentor Johnson. I notice you are the uploader; could you provide a source? No rush, since it's been made more than apparent by the last two commenters that there are a myriad of issues that need to be fixed. Acdixon (talk • contribs • count) 17:10, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

The Epic Barnstar | ||
Kevin,
It was hard to find a barnstar you didn't already have, but I wanted to thank you, not just for all the work you do on the American Revolution articles, but also for all the assistance you give the rest of us. Just recently, I saved a tremendous amount of time on the George Rogers Clark article because of your tip on Google Books. Mingusboodle (talk) 21:15, 11 May 2008 (UTC) |
