Kevin Scott Fagan (born April 25, 1963 in Lake Worth, Florida) is a former American football defensive end who played seven seasons (from 1987 to 1993) for the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League.
Fagan played college football at the University of Miami and is a member of the UM Sports Hall of Fame.
Fagan now coaches high school softball for Dunnellon High School in Dunnellon, Florida. He graduated from John I. Leonard High School Lake Worth, Florida in 1981 where he played football and track & field.
