Coordinates: Keshiari is a town and a Police station in Paschim Medinipur in the Indian state of West Bengal.It is a small town 27 km from Kharagpur in West Bengal, India. It is connected to Kharagpur and Medinipur by private and state-run buses.
Keshairi also gained importance after the construction of the bridge over Subernarekha river in Bhasara Ghat about ten kilometers from Keshiary which enabled one to enter Orissa coming from Kharagpur through Keshiary . Thus Keshiary developed as a road junction connecting Belada , Kharagpur and Bhashara Ghat
