KELG is an Austin, Texas, radio station, licensed to Manor, Texas, and is owned by Encino Broadcasting. The station airs a Spanish language Contemporary Christian music format.
KELG was purchased by Encino Broadcasting LLC, along with KOKE, and KTXZ on September 24, 2007.

KELG signed on the air in April of 1981 as the sole radio station licensed to Elgin, Texas by a local group of Elgin, Texas business owners headed by Fred Lundgren. The station was later sold on March 4, 1982 to Longcrier Communications (Steven Longcrier).
KELG is a heritage Spanish language radio station that first signed on the air on October 17, 1985 and was founded by legendary Central Texas broadcasting pioneer Jose Jaime Garcia, Sr.
Garcia, Sr also founded KMXX 102.3 mHz in August of 1976. It was the very first fulltime Spanish language radio station in the state capital. KMXX was later sold to Clear Channel Communications of San Antonio, Texas on March 16, 1982. The call letters were then changed to KPEZ and the Spanish language music format was changed to a "Beautiful Music" format. That format was later dropped in favor of various Rock music formats. Today, it is known as "The River" an Inspirational music format.
KELG 1440 kHz was the first AM fulltime to service the Austin Hispanic community. Dynamic Radio Broadcasting Corporation would later add a FM radio station on August 14, 1992 KKLB 92.5 Mhz - Elgin, Texas known as “Club 92.5FM”, On September 1, 1994 it would acquire KTXZ 1560kHz – Westlake Hills, Texas then known as “Austin’s Original Tejano Music Station” and finally on March 29, 2000 it acquired KFON 1490kHz – Austin, Texas then known as Sportsfan 1490”.
In 1997, KELG completed a major upgrade to increase power and to changed the city of license from Elgin, Texas to Manor, Texas.
After nearly 20 years of operations, Dynamic Radio Broadcasting Corporation, owners of KKLB, KTXZ, KELG and KFON sold all four radio stations to Border Media Partners on January 3, 2005 for $19,000,000.
Encino Broadcasting then repurchased KELG and KTXZ along with KOKE from Border Media Partmers for $5,500,000 on September 27, 2007.
Encino Broadcasting LLC is owned by family members of Spanish language broadcasting pioneer Jose Jaime Garcia, Sr.
