Is a posting on a newsgroup discussing college football really an appropriate reference for a question about a person's education level? Rtphokie 22:54, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
I just removed the following reference:
- [http://groups.google.com/group/rec.sport.football.college/msg/3839cf11d737db3d?as_umsgid=3cb2978.0112302002.21201e7f@posting.google.com biography of Deborah Yow], rec.sport.football.college, December 2001, stating PhD from Louisiana Baptist University.
First, it was not her biography, but a USENET comment on her uncited biography. Second, I just searched and could find no evidence that Kay Yow claims a PhD from Louisiana Baptist University. Third, the PhD is not mentioned in the article.
