Kasatochi Island (Qanan-tanax̂[1] in Aleut) is one of the Andreanof Islands subgroup of the Aleutian Islands of southwestern Alaska, USA. It lies at the Atka Pass northwest of the western tip of Atka Island and east of Great Sitkin Island. Kasatochi Island has a land area of 5.051 km² (1.9503 sq mi, or 1,248.2 acres) and is unpopulated.
The entire island is a stratovolcano which rises to 1,030 feet (314 m) above sea level. The summit is truncated by a large volcanic crater containing a 0.5 miles (0.8 km) wide crater lake. The surface of the saltwater lake lies less than 200 ft (60 m) above sea level.
