Karimganj (Bengali: করিমগঞ্জ (কিশোরগঞ্জ)) is an Upazila of Kishoreganj District in the Division of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Karimganj is located at . It has 43445 units of house hold and total area 200.52 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Karimganj has a population of 237155. Males constitute are 49.75% of the population, and females 50.25%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 109240. Karimganj has an average literacy rate of 20.3% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]
