Kęstutis Marčiulionis (born March 24, 1976 in Kaunas, Lithuanian SSR, Soviet Union) is a Lithuanian basketball player. He is a 6'2" (1.88 m) point guard.
A cousin of former NBA player Šarūnas Marčiulionis, Kęstutis Marčiulionis played collegiate basketball at the University of Delaware in the United States. He has represented his home country in several international competitions, most notably the 2000 Summer Olympics, where he won a bronze medal, and he is currently affiliated with the Kaposvár Men's Basketball Club in Hungary.
