Justin Marks (born on March 25, 1981 in Rocklin, California) is an American race car driver. He currently drives the #9 Crocs/Construct Corps Toyota for Germain Racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

[edit] Early Years
Despite being native to norther California, Justin was raised in St. Louis. With his father he watched local Midwest racers such as Dick Trickle, Ken Schrader, and the Wallace brothers battle on Midwest dirt. At 14, his father bought tickets to see the 1995 Indianapolis 500, a race which Jacques Villeneuve won. During that time, Justin's father had success in the technology business, with Justin's racing career going abroad to locales such as the Gold Coast and Singapore.

At 18, Justin entered the SCCA Regional Racing Series, and later the Speed World Challenge Series. With success in the SCCA, Justin moved to the Rolex Sports Car Series GT Class where he met good friend Joey Hand. Switching between the GT class and the World Challenge, Justin raced up four wins, eight podiums, and thirteen top tens between the two series.

In 2006, Justin left road racing to pursue a career in NASCAR. In 2006, Justin raced for RAB Racing in the ARCA RE/MAX Series, driving their #65. Although he did not pick up any wins in his two years there, Justin turned many heads with his driving ability. In 2007 he was picked up by Germain Racing of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series to drive their #03 truck. Justin again impressed many with an eighth place finish at Texas. This cemented his future as the driver of the #9 Crocs/Construct Corps Toyota for 2008, running for Rookie of the Year.
[edit] Amateur Baseball
Justin has played baseball for most of his life, up to college level ball. He primarily pitched, and was noted for his fiery demeanor on the mound, and his "scorching" 88 mph fastball.[citation needed] Justin has called this pitch his "Back to the Future" pitch, both for its ability to send players back to where they came from (the bench), and it's similarity to the speed required to travel back in time.
