Dr. Jorge Ibarra Salazar is a Mexican economist. He is a professor of Microeconomic Theory, Industrial Organization, and Public Finance at ITESM. He served as the General Director of Technical and Scientific Cooperation, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico under the Administration of President of Mexico Vicente Fox.
