The Exceptional Newcomer Award may be awarded to newcomers who display exceptional enthusiasm, skill, and boldness beyond their experience.

I am the Webmaster, owner, copyright holder, and co-author of the Website devoted to the artists who painted in the White Mountains of New Hampshire in the 19th century.
