John Collura

John Christopher Collura[1] was born in 13 April 1972 in New York, U.S. and is the lead guitarist of the pop-punk group The Ataris. He joined the band in 2001.
John grew up in Orange County, NY. His previous Orange County, Ny-based punk band Beefcake, toured with the Ataris before they dissolved in 2001. John then became a guitar technician for The Ataris and became the guitarist following the departure of Marco Pena.
He also plays guitar for indie/rock outfit "Mourning District" featuring Ataris members Paul Carabello and Shane Chickeles.
