[edit] Black Chalks
Not long after the Black Chalks scandal at American River College. Serna was elected pretty fast, as far as political time lines go. But, wrongful deletion is wrongful deletion, no getting around that. Clouds an otherwise illustrious career, but that's all it takes, an education scandal to throw it all down into ruin.
Sacramento City College is on Freeport Boulevard. That's where they moved the police registration office. Some people still notice these things. Why is registration so important to the migrant worker population? That's a topic for another article, but it's there.--76.212.157.33 (talk) 12:02, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
