Joaquín Mariano Mosquera y Arboleda (born December 14, 1787, Popayán – died April 4, 1878, Bogotá) was a Colombian statesman who served as President of Greater Colombia in two occasions between 1830 and 1831. He also served as ambassador to Argentina, Chile, and Peru with the purpose of creating unity amongst the emerging South American nations.
