Jefferson is a proposed Vivastation on the Viva Blue line. This station will be the northernmost in the southern zone boundary, at the intersection of Jefferson Sideroad and Yonge Street in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Announced on May 4, 2007, the station is in the early stages of planning with construction to begin within the next year [2][3]. This station was likely conceived to serve the new ridership in the adjacent McLeod's Landing subdivision.
