Jazzie B

Trevor Beresford Romeo OBE (born 26 January 1963,[citation needed] Hornsey, North London), known as Jazzie B, is a DJ and music producer. He is a founding member of the musical group Soul II Soul. He is mainly credited for producing and vocal dialogue.
He is married to fitness guru Efua Baker[citation needed] with two children, Jessye and Mahlon. Jazzie B voluntarily coaches football teams, one of which his son is in.[citation needed] His daughter Jessye is a regular on the London party scene and model at the agency "Nevs".[citation needed]
America embraced Jazzie B and Soul II Soul. In 1990 they picked up 2 Grammys. Jazzie was given the keys to seven cities in the U.S., including Los Angeles, California and New York.
Jazzie B has not only produced for Soul II Soul, but he has also produced and remixed tracks for The Fine Young Cannibals, Incognito, Maxi Priest, James Brown, Kym Mazelle, Rose Windross, Cheryl Lynn, Public Enemy, Johnny Gill, Caron Wheeler, Isaac Hayes, Sinead O'Connor, Teena Marie, Ziggy Marley, The Jones Girls, Nas, and Destiny's Child.
He was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2008 New Year Honours.[1]
