Jason Demetriou is a rugby league footballer who plays for the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats.
Demetriou is the club captain of the Super League club. His usual position is centre, but he has also played at fullback and on the wing for the Wildcats.
The Australian had an excellent season with the Wildcats, especially during the latter half of 2006 under John Kear, gaining last year's player of the season. [1]
Demetriou has a contract at Belle Vue until the end of the 2008 season. [2]
Demetriou has previously played for the Widnes Vikings, Rochdale Hornets and the Lancashire Lynx. [3]
