Jane Norman is an English clothing company, selling clothing aimed at women.[1] In early 2007, Jane Norman reported a 45% rise in profits over 2006, and released plans to open 100 more stores around the country, having already almost doubled their number from the year before, to 116.[2]
The company was founded by Norman Freed, who then sold it on to Graphite Capital in 2003 for £70m. On July 30, 2005, the company was purchased by Baugur for £117.4m.[3]
