Jack Bennett

Jack Bennett (born May 30, 1960) is a British actor. He trained on scholarship at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, graduating in 2001.
He has mainly worked in theatre, including productions for The Royal National Theatre, Chichester Festival Theatre and the Merlin Budapest International Theatre.
His work on film includes (Sky), The Calligrapher (LFA) and the 2006 FA Cup Idents (Red Bee/BBC).
Jack played many sports in his youth, representing both his county and region in rugby union, football, water polo and cricket. He achieved the Gold Medal award in Advanced Stage combat from the British Academy of Dramatic Combat.
Jack is the brother of British actress Lorna Bennett.
He also had a brief career in music, being the 6th member of the Village People, but was fired just before their hit, Quit Jiving Me Turkey (You've Got To Sass It), was released in 1978. However, he still shared a songwriting credit for the acclaimed number one single Macho Man, which has since become a gay anthem. There has been some talk of him returning to the band for their 2009 "Backs To The Wall" tour.
