J. R. Bremer

Ernest Bremer, Jr. (nicknamed J.R.; born September 19, 1980 in Cleveland, Ohio) is an American professional basketball player who will play for Spartak Primorje in Russia in the 2007/08 season.
A 6'2" guard from St. Bonaventure University, Bremer signed as an undrafted free agent with the NBA's Boston Celtics in 2002 and in that season he was named to the NBA All-Rookie team. He spent two seasons in the NBA with the Celtics (2002-03), Cleveland Cavaliers (2003-04) and Golden State Warriors (2003-04), averaging 6.5 points and 2.2 assists per game. Charlotte Bobcats selected him from the Warriors in the expansion draft and then waived him shortly thereafter, before he played any games for the club. Since 2004 he has played in Europe, competing for Unicaja Malaga (Spain), Angelico Biella (Italy, 2005-2006), PAOK BC (Greece), and KK Bosna (Bosnia).
