Itimi Dickson Edherefe is a Singapore international football player who plays for the Persitara Jakarta Utara. Previously, he played for Jurong FC and Woodlands Wellington FC.
Fast and aggressive in attack, Itimi provides width and decent flair to a Singapore national side midfield that lacks the technical capability that he can demonstrates. However, he had not been consistent since, and had not been included in the national team in recent internationals.
Although he was born in Nigeria, he, along with Agu Casmir, received Singapore citizenship under the Singapore Foreign Talent Scheme. Itimi was in the Singapore squad that won the Tiger Cup regional football championship in 2004.
He was given a 6 month ban from representing Singapore as he was absent from training with the national team. He later bounced back from the ban by playing well in league and was subsequently made part of the ASEAN Cup winning side.
