This is a bot created by User:AdamRaizen for the purpose of uploading short stubs on Israeli cities, using data from Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics.
The bot runs on a dynamic IP in the range 62.0.64.0 - 62.0.191.255 and the exact IP will be posted here while it's running (though it will be run with supervision).
