ipConfigure is a developer of IP video management software with a focus in video surveillance, hosted monitoring, and video syndication. ipConfigure was founded in 2003 after completing an enterprise Ip video surveillance deployment for Atlanta Public Schools. This project was the first large-scale IP video surveillance deployment while based on open architecture. With an open architecture in mind ipConfigure released the first scalable IP video surveillance solution capable of supporting unlimited cameras, locations and users.
In 2007 ipConfigure delivered ESM 4.0, the fourth generation enterprise IP video surveillance application. This version featured increased functionality and a highly intuitive user interface. ipConfigure also offers Surveillance as a Service (SAS), the industries first hosted IP video monitoring product designed for resale as a value-added service.
Today, ipConfigure has successfully deployed systems in facilities ranging from nuclear power plants to public school systems while based on a non-proprietary methodology and compatibility to third-party IP cameras, servers, storage, and switching hardware. As physical security and IT converge ipConfigure continues to facilitate the process by delivering solutions that integrate both building and life safety systems through a seamless enterprise solution.
