Infotrac is a widely-used full-text database produced by Thomson Gale. It features a wide variety of content from academic journals and general magazines, with a target audience of students using academic, public, and school libraries. The best-known databases in the InfoTrac line are Academic OneFile, a collection of more than 10,000 peer-reviewed journals, and General OneFile, a collection of more than 11,000 general interest magazines.
InfoTrac was relaunched on 2005 on a new technology platform named Thomson Gale PowerSearch, which was named "most improved product" at the 2005 Charleston Conference. InfoTrac has also placed ninth in Library Journal's list of the top 50 library brands of the millennium.
