State Road 48 in the U.S. State of Indiana is an east-west state highway running through southern Indiana. It has three distinct and separate sections, from east to west:

Eastern section:
- U.S. Highway 50 in Lawrenceburg, its eastern terminus
- Manchester
- State Road 101 on the Dearborn County-Ripley County line
- Lookout
- State Road 229 near Napoleon, its western terminus
Central section:
- Bloomington, its eastern terminus
- State Road 37 on the west side of Bloomington
- State Road 43 in Whitehall, its western terminus
Western section:
- U.S. Highway 231 in Worthington, its eastern terminus
- State Road 59 in northwestern Greene County
- Jasonville
- State Road 159 in Coalmont
- Hymera
- Wilfred
- U.S. Highway 41 in Shelburn
- Scott City
- State Road 63 in northwestern Sullivan County, its western terminus
