Ikoma (生駒市 Ikoma-shi?) is a city located in the north-west end of Nara Prefecture, Japan.
As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 112,765 and the density of 2,120.44 persons per km², and it is the third biggest population in the prefecture. The total area is 53.18 km².
