"If You Really Love Me" is the title of a song written by Stevie Wonder and Syreeta Wright. Wonder recorded the song and released his version as a single and as a track on his 1971 album Where I'm Coming From. The single proved very successful, peaking in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 (#8), Billboard's R&B chart (#4), and Billboard's Easy Listening chart (#10).

In 2007, Jared Cotter gave a rendition of the song during season 6, but was eliminated from the competition shortly thereafter.
