Current projects

Working on the Artemis Fowl articles. They seem to be in a sorry state.
Keeping an eye out for the Bleach (manga) articles, particularly Rukia Kuchiki.
1. Note as of May 19, Rukia's image has been the ongoing subject of constant change.
Flipping through the Warriors novel articles. They also are in need of much love.
Trying to keep the number of images in Anime/manga articles, particularly character articles, down to the minimum. Excess images annoy Icy.
Copy-editing.
1. Here note that IceUnshattered's powers with spelling and grammar far surpass her ability in adding citations. She deeply regrets this and is working to reverse it.
2. Also note that she may make mistakes when copy-editing when she don't have time to double-check. Another thing Icy's sorry for. Kudos to people who selflessly correct her mistakes.
Getting a copy of The Most Dangerous Game to improve the article. This is harder than you think it is.

Character outline

Icy in a Nutshell

IceUnshattered, better known as Icy or Hyo-chan, is a WikiGnome works on articles concerning anime she is familiar with and books she knows well. Since she is not very confident of her editing skills, she usually sticks with rewording paragraphs to make them clearer and more "professional", as well as keeping a close eye out for grammar and spelling errors.

She is normally hyperactive on the outside and loves to drink milk, particularly skim. She does hate whole milk, though. She also particularly likes muffins. She has been to Vienna once, as well as Italy, China, and Niagara falls, and particularly loved the Gloriette at the Schönbrunn Palace (Schloss Schönbrunn)and Stephansdom.

Background

IceUnshattered first started working on Wikipedia when she saw the sorry state of grammar and spelling on a select few Naruto articles in the summer of 2007. This is when she first started showing signs of WikiGnome activity, constantly on the hunt for comma splices, run-ons, and truly pathetic spelling errors. Soon after, she started working on Bleach articles. She then joined her first project, WP: Warriors, dedicated to helping clean up the Wikipedia pages of one of her favorite book series'. Since then, she has joined the Bleach work group and has made contributions in several areas.

Abilities

IceUnshattered prefers to bang her head against her keyboard when encountering poorly written articles or articles that are the victims of evil vandals. After that, she will take a Badminton racquet in her hand, as this gives her a feeling of confidence. She will then usually commence reverting vandalism or checking carefully for spelling and grammar as well as statements that need citations. She will argue her opinion (though trying her best to keep polite) on messy talk pages. She considers it unfortunate that she has never shown any signs of WikiDragon-like behavior, so refrains to working in the shadows, eyes spinning as she takes a 30-second break from copy-editing the latest matter of her interest.

Personalitity

If you ever met IceUnshattered in real life, you would find her to be a muffin-loving, relatively hyper adolescent who can put on a good show and keep her facade up. If you stalked her 24/7, however, you may be lucky enough to see a little bit of kindness and sharp intelligence. Though she would very much like to show there more often, she understands that in the clique-infested world of schools, these can be judged as a potential weakness. She will also cry hysterically if you steal her milk.On Wikipedia, she is still learning the tools of the trade, and is constantly annoyed by Wikipedia:Notability, but she understands that such a rule is necessary. She has become a WikiHolic in an alarmingly short amount of time. She attempts to be welcoming to new users, so if you're one of them, she would like to say "Hello!". If you're not, please offer her any advice you can give. Please excuse her bad attempts at whatever programming language Wikipedia utilizes, as she is far more accustomed to HTML or CSS. If you can provide the name of the language in question, please leave her a note on her talk page, for she has waited for the answer for far too long. Her friends frown down on her WikiHolism, but like most WikiHolics, she can't really help it...
