Request reason: "I know I'm not supposed to request unblock when it has been declined, but I can't edit any other page other than this one, so it is the only way I can attract someones attention. Is there any way that I can bypass this Ip block? I know Ips do a lot of vandalism, thats actually why I created this account in the first place, because I couldn't edit without it. This Ip has been blocked for a long time (since 2006 if I remember correctly) but I've always been able to edit when I log in. Why has this changed? What must I do to solve this problem? Request reason: "But why? I have done nothing wrong! What do you mean by "special investigation", are the police involved? My school's internet connection has been blocked from Wikipedia. I've requested two unblocks, both of which have been declined. I asked why and Redvers explained that multiple accounts have been vandalising Wikipedia, and they looked at everyone on my Ip and blocked them all. But this has nothing to do with me. Others have been vandalising and I've got the blame for it. This is a school library computer, one of about 50 in this room. People have been vandalizing Wikipedia from here for years, that is why I made this account because the Ip address was blocked from editing. Before that I edited without logging in. I only ever made one account, and I can't even make more because that is also blocked from this Ip address. I assumed that because I had an account anything done by others through the Ip address without my account wouldn't be associated with me. It said that I should make an account to avoid irrelevant messages on the Ips talk page. Since I joined Wikipedia I have never done anything against the rules that I know of. To be honest I never read the rules but no one has ever challenged me over anything I've done in two years. I assumed everything was ok. In my last edit I was talking about Hard Drives and how to fix mine. It got resolved and I thanked the users who helped me. That was on May 13. I haven't done anything since then (I haven't even been near a computer because there were exams all last week) and then I logged into Wikipedia today and I can't edit. Please, this is the only way I have to edit Wikipedia. I can't make another account to edit with because it is blocked from creating them, and I can't edit because the Ip is also blocked. Please, who do I have to speak to to have my account reviewed? Should I contact User:Thatcher? I can't email him because I don't have an email address. Request reason: "That account was made back in 2006, one minuet after I made this one, and I never used it. In fact I didn't even remember I had it. I said above that NOW (in the present) I couldn't create another account, and this block is a recent thing so I don't think an account I made in 2006, when I was new and probably while experimenting with Wikipedia, and one I never used and didn't even remember I had has any relation to the current situation. I have read the link provided by User:Prom3th3an but this about Ip blocks, and it is my actual account which has been blocked. Look, I know you must all be thinking I'm mad to be wasting so much time on this, and that I should probably just go away, but I feel like I've been labeled a criminal. I read Wikipedia all the time and I don't want to feel like that over something I haven't done. Could someone please contact User:Thatcher, as he is the one who blocked me, and ask him to review my contributions. Also, is there some higher power I could talk to because everyone so far has declined my request and implied I've done something wrong when I haven't. I won't be able to respond until tomorrow at about 9:30am. Thank you."

I'm sorry User: Netsnipe but the staff here won't email you because they feel Wikipedia is inaccurate and than I shouldn't be using it, and using books instead. I've also talked with my tutor who feels that this block is not a major problem as it doesn't stop me reading Wikipedia. I have also read the Checkuser article, and from what I can tell it looks like people have been making accounts and vandalizing Wikipedia. No surprise, as this is a school full of idiots. But I never ever have done any vandalism at all. I give you my word. The Ip that User:Daniel Case provided is not mine.
