The Hokuriku Salamander (Hynobius takedai) is a species of salamander in the Hynobiidae family. It is endemic to Japan. Its natural habitats are temperate forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, freshwater springs, and irrigated land. It is threatened by habitat loss.
