Henry M. Beardsley

Henry M. Beardsley (October 20, 1858 - April 19, 1938) was the Mayor of Kansas City, Missouri from 1906-07.
He was born in Knox County, Ohio. His family moved to Champaign, Illinois where Beardsley graduated from the University of Illinois in 1879 and in 1882 was admitted to the bar. He moved to Kansas City in 1886. He was a president of the YMCA.[1] and Kansas City Bar[2]
After leaving office, he chaired the committee that selected the designer of the Liberty Memorial.[3]
