I am looking for a place called halsingland (as i remember my grandmother calling it)in sweden. Would this be the place or is there another place up north with a name similar to this? My e-mail is fiffenelli@hotmail.com . The last name is Sjodin.The old name was Erikson but was changed in the army to Sjodin because there were to many Olaf Erikson's. Please would someone respond. Thank you.
