Helena Engman

Helena Sofia Engman (born 16 June 1976 in Piteå) is a Swedish shot putter.
She finished sixth at the 2003 Summer Universiade and eighth at the 2007 European Indoor Championships. She also competed at the 2006 European Championships and the 2007 World Championships without reaching the finals.
Her personal best throw is 17.72 metres, achieved in June 2007 in Turin. This is the current Swedish record.[1]
