Headlines Today is a premier 24-hour English language Indian news and information television channel sponsored by TV Today Network Ltd. which is a part of the well-known India Today Group. The channel was launched in the year 2003 is a sister channel of the Hindi Aaj Tak news channel and is one of the four niche news channels from the TV Today Network stable.
Headlines Today has many popular extra-news programmes such as "Wheel Spin", "EQ", "The Big Ticket", "Grand Stand" and "Sports Quarter". Some of its prime time anchors are Avantika Singh, Rashim Sharma,Arjun Bhagat, Jujhar Singh, Rahul Kanwal, Radhika Bajaj and Zakka Jacob.
Early morning 7'o clock it starts with the program namely,HEADSTART.The program is about giving fresh news and informations with an interesting discussion among three of the newsreaders of this channel.They are:
- Avantika Singh for National and International news
- Rashim Sharma for Sports news
- Mandeep Beivi for Entertainment news
