Hawley Pratt (June 9, 1911—March 2, 1999) was an American film director and animator, who directed (or co-directed) all The Pink Panther Show cartoons and two Dr. Seuss animated television specials: The Cat in the Hat and Dr. Seuss on the Loose.
Pratt also worked for Warner Bros. Cartoons as a layout artist from 1945 to the early 1960s. He worked most closely with Friz Freleng while at Warners.
