Hajime Hosogai (細貝 萌, Hajime Hosogai?, born 10 June 1986 in Maebashi, Gunma, Japan) is a Japanese football (soccer) player. He is a midfielder and currently plays for J. League side Urawa Red Diamonds.

He has played at Japan national team U-16, and is one of the promising players of Urawa Red Diamonds. He currently often plays as Defender, especially right winger at Japan National team U-22, though originally he is a defensive midfielder.
