The Lie That Wouldn't Die, The Protocols of the Elders of Zion (2005) by Hadassa Ben-Itto

Hadassa Ben-Itto (Hebrew: הדסה בן-עתו‎, born 1926, Poland) is an author and a jurist. She is best known for her scholarly work, The Lie That Wouldn't Die, The Protocols of the Elders of Zion (2005), with Preface by Lord Woolf (Lord Chief Justice) and Forward by Judge Edward R. Korman (United State District Court for the Eastern District of New York).

Literary scholarship has established that the Protocols of Zion constitutes an instance of Plagiarism. Ben-Itto's work settles the question that this infamous text that won't die is a forgery.

It is generally forgotten that the judgment was reversed on appeal, as the court below lacked power to grant relief--a judgment favorable to plaintiff--under the existing anti-obscenity statute.

However, Ben-Itto, as a judicial scholar, as well as an expert on United Nations procedures and proceedings, was ideally placed to study both the nature of the so-called Protocols, a term which often involves international relations, as well as their notorious fabricated nature. She was, by her credentials, ideally suited to examine the evidence which has been retained and presented to the court of law at Berne, Switzerland where The Berne Trial was held. She therefore was well qualified to issue a scholarly determination as to the nature of this notorious text, irrespective as to the guilt of the accused or the merits of the case, the defense of which Hitler's Nazi agents were financing, behind the scenes.
