[edit] Welcome!
Welcome to Wikipedia, HACKER1993! I am Rgoodermote and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome! Rgoodermote 01:52, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
GAMER HANGOVER
A tag has been placed on GAMER HANGOVER, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.
If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Benon (talk) 02:16, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
Please stop re-creating nonsense pages, else you may be blocked from editing Benon (talk) 02:34, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to GAMER HANGOVER, but we regretfully cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses novel, unpublished syntheses of previously published material. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. Also, DON'T USE ALL-CAPS; IT'S CONSIDERED SHOUTING AT THE REST OF US! --Orange Mike | Talk 02:49, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
We are not trying to get in the way of your editing, but wikipedia has various editorial guidelines and rules on what is and inst appropriate, I have placed a welcome template below which has links to these. If you wish to test editing you can experiment in the sandbox. If you have any other questions you can either message my talk page or add {{helpme|question here}} ~~~~ yo this page and a Wikipedian will swing by and help you.
