The Greater Short-nosed Fruit Bat or Short-nosed Indian Fruit Bat (Cynopterus sphinx) is a species of bat in the Pteropodidae family. It is found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
