One of the more infamous inhabitants of Great Somerford is me.
Not many people who are famous have lived here or live here at the moment.
The family that have lived here for a while are the Porter family. Many generations have found residence here.
Then again, there's always Debbie and Malcome!!
I also lived in Greatsomerford years ago me and my mom ,we where the only black people living their at the time.The people where very nice and helpful.I remumber some friends i had their ,Nick,Jemmer,Joe,Katty,Simon,and Danial.3 Winkins Lane is where i stayed.

There are three old 'war bunkers' in the village. Two are situated in the field near the exit of the the village heading toward Malmesbury, the other towards Daunstey.
