From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album has been awarded since 1989. The award has had several minor name changes:
- In 1989 the award was known as Best Bluegrass Recording (Vocal or Instrumental)
- From 1990 to 1991 it was awarded as Best Bluegrass Recording
- From 1992 to the present it has been awarded as Best Bluegrass Album
