While this photo is better (lighting, angle) than the one it replaces, it seems a little cluttered. What I like about is that it shows the building from a side angle, what I liked about the other picture (which was by me) was that it wasn't cluttered. If you tell me why you didn't like it I'll try to reshoot with the reasons why you didn't like the other one.

Thanks for uploading Image:AT400Jet.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. It seems that most editors are trying to combine all the Virginia Tech Massacre victims articles into one combined article, List of victims of the Virginia Tech massacre, which strangly enough, is up for deletion.
