[edit] Inaccuracies

I've read the goblin article, and its littered with inaccuracies. First, goblins are 100% fireproof inside & out. Book 1 reads "Flameproof goblins may be, but the errant fireball had given his tubes a good scouring", so the fireball didn't burn the goblins insides, it was the pressure of the firestream coming out of his eyes that the goblin didn't like, not the fire. If they were vulnerable to fire, the goblins wouldn't be able to breathe it in to do the double barrel flame thing. Also, I'm 99% sure that the Arctic Incident says that their skin is green, not purple. Finally, the thing about Holly stopping them burning down Haven isn't right either. Holly is using a kebab truck to transport goblin convicts, the power goes, and the goblins get their flame ability back, so they blast the roof of the truck, and Holly triggers the fire extinguisher to stop them melting the roof down on themselves, which would have killed them. As to the statement that it permanently removed there ability, there is no basis for that in the books. The fire retardant foam stops them from conjuring fireballs while they're in it, but they would get the ability back when they are taken out of the foam. If it were that simple to remove a goblin's ability to create fire, the LEP would do it to all goblin criminals.
