[edit] Fictional character biography
Nothing is known of Gloom's life before his appearance at the Xavier Institute. He was one of the many mutants who enrolled in Xavier's school after he outed himself worldwide as a mutant. He used his powers on both Bishop and Sage when they were "trespassing" on school grounds against Emma Frost's will.[1]
He was revealed to have lost his powers due to the Scarlet Witch's Decimation[2]
[edit] Powers and abilities
Gloom could release a nerve-dampening darkness that temporarily disables another person’s ability to see.
[edit] Notes
- There is also an unrelated character named Gloom, who is a member of the race of Deviants.
