Giuliana Rancic (neé DePandi) (born August 17, 1974, Naples, Italy) is an Italian-American celebrity news personality. Rancic is a host on E! News, the E! Network's flagship entertainment news program.
In addition to her news anchoring duties, Rancic often co-hosts red carpet events for award shows, such as the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. On March 13, 2006, she was joined as host of E! News by Ryan Seacrest.

Giuliana was raised in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, received a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland, and a master's degree in Journalism from American University. Her father, Edoardo DePandi, is a master tailor. The DePandi family owns Bruno Cipriani, an expensive shoppe in White Flint Mall. She has a sister Monica and an opera singer brother Pasquale DePandi[citation needed].
Rancic dated and was briefly engaged to actor Jerry O'Connell.
On December 16, 2006, Bill Rancic and DePandi announced their engagement. The two married on September 1, 2007 in a ceremony on Capri at Santa Sophia Church in Anacapri[1][2].
