I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

[edit] Isn't this technically a Paul McCartney song...

Agreed. It's not a Michael Jackson song, it's a Paul McCartney song that Jackson covered. However I believe that McCartney originally wrote it for Jackson to record, it's just that the Wings version ended up coming out first. I still think the article should be renamed; the trouble is that Girlfriend (song) isn't specific enough as there are several other songs with the same title.--Pawnkingthree (talk) 10:14, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
